The conference will take place on the premises of
Warwick Hotel in
Houston, Texas.
Special arrangements for the conference participants have been made with
Warwick Hotel.
The
conference discount rate for a standard single or double occupancy room is $129.00 a night
plus applicable tax. The number of reserved rooms is
limited so early reservations are encouraged.
All
the reservations must be made by the cut-off date of March 12, 2005. Any
reservations received after this cut-off date, or when the reserved room
block has been filled, will be honored on a space and rate availability
basis only.
Each individual is responsible for making his/her own reservations. The
reservations should be done by calling the Warwick Reservation
Department at 1-713-526-1991 or 800-983-6523 toll free.

The reservations can also be requested via Fax at
1-713-526-0359. Faxed reservations should include name, conference
name, payment method (credit card type, number, expiration date, and
billing address), the choice of room (smoking/non-smoking, single
king-size bed or two double-size beds), and contact information.
