• Microsoft word documents: NDSI2004.doc
• LaTeX documents: ndsi2004_digest_latex_template.zip (Win) or ndsi2004_digest_latex_template.tar.gz (Unix)

Include the titles, names, affiliations, and addresses of all authors. Specify the name of the presenting author.
