NDSI
2005 Houston, Texas - April 4-6, 2005
2nd
Conference on Nanoscale Devices & System Integration (NDSI 2005) will be
held in the
Warwick Hotel. Raising
hospitality to an art form, the Warwick hotel, originally built in 1925,
rises 12 stories above Main Street in the heart of Houston's beautiful
Museum District. The Warwick is in walking distance to 16 museums and only
two miles from the heart of the city. The Warwick hotel neighbors Hermann
Park, The Texas Medical Center, Rice University, and
Miller Outdoor Theater. Now with the new MetroRail we are convenient to the George
R. Brown Convention Center and to Reliant Center. In addition, The Warwick hotel is easily
accessible from both Houston Hobby and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Museum District,
the location of the Warwick Hotel where the NDSI'05 will be held, is
situated in Houston's most Parisian-looking neighborhood
— ornate fountains,
lots of public sculpture and long, tree-lined avenues. The continental
fountain south of the
Warwick Hotel serves as
the center of the district. 16 museums are within walking distance of
each other including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Contemporary Arts
Museum, the Holocaust Museum, the Houston Museum of Natural Science. The
Menil Collection and its satellites offer their own uniquely Houston
walking experience, with plenty of mature live oaks and grassy lawns to
relax in
après art. Museum district is adjacent to the beautiful several hundred
acres Herman Park, the home to Houston Zoo, Japanese Garden, Miller
Outdoor Theater, McGovern Lake, Houston Garden Center, Herman Park Golf
Course, and Bayou Parkland.
